Welcome to the GrowthCharters docs
GrowthCharters turns everything you actually do — learn, build, verify, apply — into a living, provable career identity that employers can trust. These docs explain how each part of the platform works.
What is GrowthCharters?
A resume is a snapshot that freezes the moment you wrote it. GrowthCharters replaces that snapshot with a living career identity built from three distinct, clearly separated layers:
- Career Profile Score (0–1000) — an AI assessment of your profile and resume, benchmarked against people at your career stage.
- XP — earned progress. Every real action on the platform (passing an assessment, completing a course, applying to a job) adds XP. It cannot be faked.
- Verified badges — specific, proven credentials such as passed skill assessments and completed courses. Verified skills are clearly separated from self-reported ones.
