Learning that counts

Courses and journeys

• Courses — video-first, with adaptive streaming that adjusts to your connection. Progress is tracked per lesson; completing a course earns 200 XP and any attached course badge.
• Journeys — curated course sequences toward a role (e.g. backend engineer). Your dashboard shows journey progress and the next module.
• Interactive packages — some content is SCORM-based interactive courseware; it runs in the same player and reports completion the same way.

Live sessions and cohorts

Mentors run scheduled live sessions inside cohorts. Enrollment is checked at the door — session links are signed and only work for enrolled learners, and you can also join with a session ID a mentor gives you. Attending mentor-led sessions earns 150 XP per session.

• Low-latency streaming with DVR — the stream runs close to real time, but you can scrub back to rewatch something you missed and jump to the live edge again without reloading.
• Live chat, reactions, and hand-raise — the same chat follows you between the session page and the player, so you don't lose the thread.
• Whiteboard and screen share — whatever the mentor presents is part of the stream, not a separate link.
• Automatic recording — where a mentor enables it, the session becomes a replay in the cohort after it ends, so a missed class is still watchable.

Notes and doubts

While watching, you can take timestamped notes and raise doubts on specific moments in a lesson. Mentors and the community answer doubts; your notes stay private to you.

How learning feeds your score

• Course completion → 200 XP + course badge (where offered).
• Follow-up skill assessment → 500 XP + verified skill badge.
• Streaks → consistency badges (e.g. 30-Day Streak).
