Folders

Open it at app.growthcharters.com/user/vault. Six folders exist from day one — Education, Identity, Work & Experience, Certifications, Financial, and Other — and you can add your own. Drag files in from your desktop; each one is filed where it belongs, with a suggestion if you dropped it somewhere else.

What happens when you upload

Every upload is scanned automatically. The scan reads the document and returns what it is, whether it belongs in the folder you dropped it in, a suggested title and summary, and the key fields — issuer, dates, roll or certificate numbers. Government ID numbers are masked to the last four digits.

The scan is best-effort: if it fails, the file is still stored and usable. Nothing is deleted or rejected because the AI was unsure.

Share links

Any document or folder can be turned into a link you send to a recruiter or a university. Each link can carry:

• An expiry — the link stops working on its own.
• A view cap — it dies after N opens.
• A passcode — the recipient needs it to see anything.

Revoking a link kills access immediately. Files are never served from a public bucket URL — every view goes through an authenticated or token-checked request, so an old link cannot be passed around after you revoke it.

Verifying your experience

The same engine backs experience verification on your profile. Upload an offer letter, experience letter, or promotion letter and the claim moves from pending to verified. Skills are deliberately not verified this way — those are only proven through assessments and partner organisations. See Badges & verification.

Storage limits

1 GB on free accounts, 10 GB on paid, with a 25 MB cap per file. See Plans & billing.
