Signing in

All sign-ins go through auth.growthcharters.com. You can use:

• Email + password — with optional two-factor authentication (TOTP).
• Google or Microsoft — OAuth sign-in; no separate password needed.
• Passkeys — sign in with your device's fingerprint/face unlock, no password at all. Set one up under Settings → Security.

Sessions stay active for up to 30 days on a device you use regularly; access refreshes automatically in the background while you use the platform.

Linked sign-in providers

If you signed up with email and later use Google with the same address (or vice versa), the identities link to the same account — your score, XP, and history stay in one place. You can review connected providers under Settings → Integrations.

What's in Settings

• Notifications — the in-app bell, browser push notifications, and which email topics you receive (see Email preferences).
• Sound & haptics — the interface sounds and vibration feedback: master volume, per-category mute, and swappable notification tones.
• Appearance — light, dark, or follow the system.
• Privacy — public profile visibility and who can message you directly.
• Data — export what we hold about you.

Your profile

Your profile is the foundation of your Career Profile Score. Keep these current:

• Experience and education — extracted from your resume, editable any time. Edits trigger a score recalculation.
• Skills — self-reported skills show as unverified until you pass an assessment; see Badges & verification.
• Career stage — student, fresher, professional, or career changer. This sets which benchmark group you are scored against.

Capability Passport

The passport is your career identity as a single card: name and headline, your score with your rank and percentile, your score dimensions, latest education, project and certification counts, a credential ID, and a QR code that opens your public profile. Open it from the score card on your dashboard and show it — in an interview, at a career fair, or as a screenshot in an application.

It is generated from your live profile, so it is never out of date, and it shows only what your public profile already shows.

Public profile

Your public profile card is what employers and peers can see: What employers see lists exactly what is shown. You control visibility from Settings → Privacy.
