GrowthCharters runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Connect it once and your assistant of choice can read your GC Score, search jobs for you, pull The Signal, and talk to Vanilla — without you copying anything across.
Connecting

Open the connect page
Go to app.growthcharters.com/mcp/connect, or use the connect card on your dashboard.

Pick your assistant
Claude or ChatGPT. The server URL is copied and the right settings page opens.

Approve access
You sign in to GrowthCharters and approve the connection. Nothing is shared before you do.
Google Gemini has no personal-account connector today — only Gemini Enterprise supports custom MCP servers, and that is an organisation-level feature.

What is shared
Only what the tools above return, and only when the assistant calls one. Your password, payment details, and private coach history are never exposed, and the connection is read-oriented — an assistant cannot delete your account, change your plan, or apply to jobs on your behalf.
Revoking access
Disconnect from your assistant's own connector settings — access stops immediately. See Security & privacy.
