Plans & billing
The free plan is genuinely useful; the paid plan makes every action count. Payments are processed by Razorpay with UPI, cards, and net banking supported.

Payments
- Payments are processed by Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. We never see or store your card details.
- Pricing is shown in INR for India and USD elsewhere, on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; there's no cancellation fee. Your XP, badges, and score are yours regardless — downgrading never deletes earned progress.
Refunds
Refund terms are published at growthcharters.com/refunds. For billing issues (double charge, failed payment marked active), email support@growthcharters.com with the payment reference — see Contact support.
Invoices
Every payment generates an invoice available under Settings → Subscription → History.
