Email preferences
We email when it helps and stay quiet when it doesn't. Everything non-essential can be turned off.
What we send

Managing preferences
- In the app: Settings → Notifications — per-category toggles for email and in-app notifications.
- From any email: the unsubscribe link at the bottom takes you to growthcharters.com/unsubscribe — one click, no sign-in required.
What keeps arriving after unsubscribing
Unsubscribing stops all optional email. You will still receive account-critical messages — verification codes, password resets, and payment receipts — because the account can't function without them.
Not receiving our email?
Check spam, and add noreply@growthcharters.com to your contacts. Verification codes expire quickly — request a fresh one if yours is old.
